I danced with Dechaune at Hot Styles for four years throughout high school until graduating in 2008 and still participate with the WolfPack teams when I can today! Since graduating from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh for Interior Design, I have been working as a Project Manager for multiple contracting firms in the city, managing projects from small residential bathrooms to large scale commercial casework installations. Currently, I am pursuing my Master's of Project Management at Penn State University and traveling whenever possible!
I danced with Hot Styles for three years while attending Central Mountain High School. After graduating high school I remained at Hot Styles as a coach for another four years. While continuing to coach for the program I was also attending Lock Haven University as an education major. I am now married with a new baby boy. I am focusing on going back to school for a degree in social work. Hot Styles was always a second home to me and the people were family. I cherished every day that i was able to dance/coach and I miss it terribly. Go WolfPack!!!!
I danced with Hot Styles from 2006-2009 while attending Central Mountain High School in Mill Hall, PA. I am proud to say I was a part of the very first competitive team--the Wolfpack that paved the way for all you champions who are now carrying on the legacy! I went on to study at The Pennsylvania State University, earning a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management. During my time at Penn State I studied abroad in both Hong Kong and the Netherlands and rocked my retro style serving and managing at Baby's Burgers & Shakes in State College, PA. Currently I am living in Las Vegas, NV working as a Marketing Analyst at Bellagio Resort & Casino.
I have danced with Decahune for about 9 years beginning in 2002. I started when I was 10 years old during Dechaune’s second year of teaching. Soon after joining I became part of his “Travel Team” and had the opportunity to perform at all sorts of venues. The travel team was the original performance group and came way before the WolfPack and Timber Wolves tracks you know today. I then followed him to Lock Haven where he started up his own studio Hot Styles, and I became his “accountant” (you all know he's horrible at math lol). I continued to dance and teach for Dechaune throughout all of high school and a little through college. I was also apart of the first WolfPack competition team and the first open hip hop team while creating a lifetime of memories. I went on to get my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Applied Statistics from Penn State University and am currently working for Corning Incorporated as a Statistical Engineer.
Aka Missile. I danced with Hot Styles from 2004-2008 while attending Bellefonte Area High School. Shortly after beginning classes, I joined the "Travel team" and began traveling with Dechaune and the other members of the team to do performances at various events, fundraisers, recitals, etc. I was also a member of the first WolfPack competition team, that also won the first grand champion award for the program. After graduating high school, I went on to study Health Science at Lock Haven University and transitioned to a Hot Styles instructor. I taught hip-hop classes and led some team conditioning as well as Zumba. After I graduated from Lock Haven, I went on to get my Master's degree in Exercise Science at Bloomsburg University and am currently pursuing my PhD at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. Being a member of the Hot Styles family has absolutely changed my life (for the better!). I still make it a point to visit Dechaune and Hot Styles whenever I am home in PA. Once a wolf, always a wolf!
